These arrived whilst I was away in Shineyland. Mr jenny unpacked them, potted them up - according to the instructions and put them on the sunny window sill. What a star !! Didn't he do well?

Had an email from J Parkers they have 4 x £2 offers at the moment -

                Got my eye on
                Nerine Bowdenii (pack of 8)
Patio Oriental Lilies (pack of 10)
Potentilla Monarch Velvet (pack of 6)

All the above are hardy I believe - the last offer is for trailing verbena (pack of 6)

For ordering they are giving away a free 6-pack of trailing fuchsias - and in my basket I have put a 6-pack of mixed Hemerocallis - not the special ones that many of you grow - but I can remember my mum having an orange one which was lovely @ £6.49 (not on offer)

Delivery is £3.99 on top. They also have a lot of half price offers too :)
Might go back there once I get home from the pub and order them (hic) :ccheers:

Today, at the Kent Garden Show, I bought a garden "sculpture" (metal). I did buy a select few plants (took friends, who bought with a frenzy thus limiting my 'transport' space .. I've only got a Clio, not a truck! :wallbanging: )

This 'little' baby I simply couldn't leave behind ...

                    Art (600x800).jpg Cock perspective.JPG

I also bought some 'floating plants' for the pond, but, OzzyWoz, has taken them out again (recalcitrant boy! ) and some grasses for my copse end.

No, Val: at least, not yet ;)
I can see a point in time (Autumn!) when he may need some extra 'stamina' to be able to hold his own, so tent pegs will be the order of the day :heehee:

                          Excellent! Appropriately startling :)

I was tempted to get a pair of these, from Chelsea, and snuggle them in amongst some Bamboos to set the scene in my exotic garden :)
