    Gotcha, my brother is in the same situation where he lives in an old cottage on a farm just outside Buxton. All sewage goes into the farmers Cesspit and there's no main drains either. I think he's lucky that he's got electricity:heehee:

            Shame there are not many of independent shops - nurseries, DIYs, general stores ... left any more. :sad:

                Got this little rose which is only 1' high in Co-op :) does anyone know where I could get another one? they only had this one!!

                    Val - if you look at base of the plant you might find it's several smaller plants (usually four per pot on the ones I've bought). They can be separated out as they have their own root systems and will soon bush out. Several plants for the price of one :blue thumb:

                    My latest purchase - four 90L containers for £7.50 each :biggrin:

                      I have some of that on my gravel "bank" it`s really struggling , I might go and get it out see if it fares better out the front. :ideaIPB:

                      We're quite lucky to have six within a twenty minute drive here. Forty five minutes gets us to Cotswold Garden Flowers. Sadly Hill House Nursery is two and a half hours minimum!!!

                          Thank you I have done it all my self I've been starting at half seven in the morning and working until dark when I moved in to the house the garden was a concrete slab with 3 garages at the bottom so this had to go so I pulled all that down and had to get 150 tonnes of top soil in then I left it for the winter to settle and then 2 was ago went for it :loll:
