I potted these up today, you don't want to know how long it took me to get those labels off!!!!!!!! It involved hot soapy water, white spirit and a razor blade, why do they do it????

Mist Propagation You guys have obviously not been hankering after one of these since you were a teenager? I'd better mention it to my shrink then ...

Hopefully there will turn out to actually be some, given how long I've waited to own one!

There is box of electronic control, an Electronic Leaf and a solenoid (that turns water on/off). Once the Electronic Leaf becomes dry the mist comes on briefly. The Electronic Leaf then dries at similar rate to the actual leaves, so in theory they should always remain moist and thus not wilt / lose any moisture to transpiration, and thus root better (higher strike rate, and more quickly).

There are setting for how responsive the Electronic Leaf is, so once the roots have formed the plants can then be "weaned" by gradually increasing the delay between Electronic Leaf signalling that it is dry and the mist coming on.

 

I reckon they will need some shading though, so probably some scaffodlers debris netting and water pipe hoops:
