Sick tomatoes

    Was to minimise my contact with them. My courgettes were just outside the door as were my raspberries and strawberries so didnt want to risk losing them too as someone told me (how true it is I'm not sure) that soft fruits and courgettes etc could also be affected.

    Think you are right Freddy, I didn't twig the mention of brown fruit.
    Ali - don't worry about soft fruit and courgettes, they'll not be affected by blight.

      Tomato blight, if that is what it is, only, as far as I know, affects plants that belong to the same family as tomatoes, mostly that is potatoes.

      Not sure about peppers, but I've never come across the problem on them.
      Anything totally unrelated will not be affected.

      Dave, blight is an air-borne disease so can affect plants in greenhouses as well as outside, and as Pete says, it only affects members of the potato family.
