Signs of ageing

When you don't lose count of repetitions while exercising because one extra is too much...

 

When you give up on exercise

 

Never give up exercise. If you're going to give up, it's because the particular exercise you're giving up is wrong for you. When you find your right one, it's not called exercise, it's called fun.

 

You are getting older from day one of your life...But, if you mean getting closer to 100, then the hint would come from some observation or reaction of others that you never heard before in regards to your physical state, and you now hear with increased frequency. Or...you yourself admitting facts like "this has never happened before" etc.

 

Do you mean like the people at work calling me an old, bald, grumpy *@#**#. ?

 

It's maybe when you hair grows thicker and faster on your nose than it does on your scalp.

 

Major panic this morning
I fell asleep on the sofa last night, and when I woke up I could feel something loose/detached down below . I thought that the last words that my ex had said to me had finally happened .
Luckily for me, my tracksuit bottoms had shifted around in the night at the waist, and it was just a tissue in my pocket (well, a number of tissues ).
