Those 'Sun Holidays' promotions are on about 2 or 3 times a year, and once you're a previous booker will get emailed a priority online booking code (no need to buy papers to collect vouchers) and even if you don't get sent a code you can email them with details of last Sun hol and they'll send you one. This year we've been to Tummel Valley in Scotland, Blue Anchor Bay in Somerset, and three times to West Bay in Dorset, a total of 5 bookings from a maximum of 3 promotions, the secret is to make separate bookings per each adult at your address plus use a relative's address who doesn't book Sun hols.
I don't get things as cheap as the Master (Scrungee) but we've recently booked an 8 day (7 nights) guided tour of Turkey for £149 each. That includes flights, B&B in 4/5 star hotels (Turkey hotel ratings), coach journeys and an English speaking guide. The tours are to ancient sites and World Heritage sites.
That sounds good, do you follow SunshineStacey's posts of bargain breaks abroad on HotUKdeals? I think we might have trouble taking our 30 litre chiller box full of free frozen pizzas and soups, stack & store full of home grown fruit & veg and demijohn of homebrew with us. Closer to home, if you live in Scotland and in November rather than somewhere warm, free entry to Historic Scotland's attractions over St. Andrew's day weekend http://www.ticketgiveaway.co.uk/
No, never looked at it. I've also booked a similar deal for Istanbul and area for later in the year but that has a 'seasonal supplement' of £50.
Worth checking out on HUKD http://www.hotukdeals.com/profile/SunshineStacey and on her facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sunshine-Staceys-Page/134994153368857 P.S. Don't book Turkey hols anywhere near the Syrian border!
Don't buy expensive self adhesive labels (£1.25 for 250 at Wilkos) when you can cut 5 free labels from the blank part of every T&M invoice
Our daughter's 21st birthday was a couple of weeks ago, so we took her out to dinner at Prezzo, paying for our 3 meals entirely with Tesco Clubcard vouchers (exchanged at 4x face value). Drinks can only be bought with cash/card so after our meal we declined coffees at £2.99 each and took a 3 minute walk to the close by Waitrose and got them free with our MyWaitrose cards, also picking up 2 carrier bags of final reductions, all knocked down to 15p/item just before closing time. It was my daughter's idea to do that, we've trained her well.
