    I've used First Utility and they were okay. Now with OVO who so far have been good (although I've not had cause to complain). Their website is really good for managing your account and you can even set your own monthly payment rather than have them set it for you. They also give you 3% interest on any credit you have with them, which is more than a lot of bank accounts.
