Totally forgot about the plants that were left outside

 

Upsy, my nephew's jack russel and others' dogs. However, I have been roped in to walk golden retriever puppy (only 4 weeks old at the moment) but I fancy one of them myself. Me without a dog is like a surfer without a surfboard!

 

Light snow since midday and gusty wind.

 

It was sad to here about the death of a 7 year old bystander in Cornwall today.

I thought I'd show you all some light snow...

 

You took a photo of my garden @Sandy Ground. Not sure how you managed to take it as our road is totally blocked with 5ft snow drifts.

 

Its warmed up a bit here, been well below zero all day, its gone up to minus 0.5C in the last couple of hours.

 

Yes @Verdun, you must get another dog as I know how much you've missed your furry Man's Best Friend. Absolutely love Goldies and Labs.

Someone to share and enjoy your lovely early morning walks with.......spring would be an ideal time to add to the family

 

@JWK When it was sunny here last Monday a friend of ours popped around with his other half and he's a shorts lover come summer...his girlfriends dressed for Alaska and he's in shorts ....I'm sure someone walked over my grave when I saw him

My garden yesterday afternoon.

 

We are only sitting on an amber alert now, still getting regular snowfalls but the small powdery kind which is being swirled about by the moderate, bitter, winds. Public transport not back on yet and all schools closed.

@Sandy Ground Yesterday our area had about the same snow as in your photo, but yours is a lot more picturesque!
