This weekend made up a turkey pasta salad from a roasted turkey, cooked down the bones for broth to freeze. Made meatloaf use beef dripping in it from a beef roast made couple weeks ago, roasted carrots with cumin, and risotto using the turkey broth. Made a pork roast with veggies and sweet potatos. So have a few left overs for couple days.

Very basic ... jacket potatoes today.

The menfolk will have sausages and beans with it but I'm tossing between tuna and sweetcorn, or, cottage cheese, with a side salad

I went for cottage cheese in the end, but didn't eat much of it  Seem to be off my food recently. Fancy it well enough, but, after a couple of mouthfuls, I'm done

We had proper posh tea today.

Boccadillas de Frankfurter con salsa de tomata, with a side order of potatas frites.

I made a Thai chicken curry from scratch - with a bit of help from my ickle baby HBee (:wub2: :wub2: just under 6 foot of smelly spotty teenage boy) Absolutely yummy, mega comfort food, healthy & very easy to cook. I feel rather righteous now!! (made up for the box of freebie choccies I found in the stationery order at work that I scoffed this afternoon when no one was looking!! )
