Soil for replanting pond plants

    you have given me a idea but wont this thin plastic coated or galvanised wire have a effect with the water ?

      Very doubtful , though even better if you use the fishing rod clear line which is even less obtrusive.

        i have started hanging some baskets in my pond using the advice given , i am trying to have some sort of escape ramp for critters ,, any thoughts thanks

        Something like that netting and / or a branch /log wil help the frogs etc get out of the water onto the top decking.

        Doubt much else would be able to get in to the pond from ground level because of the high sides, though your new front stepping blocks should help, though to encourage frogs etc perhaps put a sloping piece of wood on the unseen side of the pond so they can easily walk up.

          thanks for your advice i am putting in solar powered under water lights as well but woundering where abouts the panel for the sun should go , thanks
