Never seen Aloe vera flower , it's lovely :blue thumb: They are always trying to sell the plants in the Canaries . I did get some gel years ago it was very soothing for cuts , rashes , dry skin etc, I must get some more. Apparently you can even drink the stuff - anyone tried it ?

Have never drunk it Harry (Aldi often has it but it doesn't appeal to me as much as beetroot juice does, always available) but we both use the gel ... good stuff. Well, that's when I'm not pinching leaves off my garden plants. I use the pure gel then put it in a baggy in the fridge till used up ...great on skin in general. It is blooming now also.

We've had a very dry winter and now we are in a wet and much appreciated spring and things are doing all sorts of wonderful and weird things! :spinning:

My Aloe Vera blooms are not two-toned, just orangy.
