    I think the press gang is roaming the south coast at the moment - that must be why ziggy has run away :snork:

      Loli,
      We would love to see you :dbgrtmb:. I don't know what part of Yorkshire you are in but I usually do it to Doncaster in 2 hours (driving fast - just a tad over the limit :WINK1: :snork: ). It's a straight road (almost) all the way. A1 - A14 - M11, then 6-7 miles on local roads.

      Jack,
      It's only about 420 miles :hate-shocked::heehee:

        Surely it wouldn't take too much to bring your submarine up the Thames? or is there not enough draft for it with the drought?

            Still 950 miles and 20hr return £160 fuel
            I will just send a donation and miss out on the garden and meeting other members :-(

            My cruises are only £150 a day :-) and I do not have to drive the boat

              Here's a provisional list of plants for sale. I haven't checked all our plant sale storage areas carefully to see what else we might have.

              Someone has phoned up wanting to come round this afternoon to buy some Aquilegias (he usually buys dozens and likes to get in early) so I don't know what will be left after he's gone. If anyone wants some named varieties put aside before he comes then let me know (I'll check back on here, early afternoon).

              Update: That person turned up and bought 24 Shineyland :heehee: and 24 Biedemeyer (they were all in flower and the flowers face upwards) and a few others.

              For Shineyland Aquilegias - I can always dig up more if we run out :thumbsup:

              There's usually other plants for sale as people bring them along for us. someone has just phoned and said he will bring 20 Hostas!
