                      Well, I've done the final totting up for the weekend and the charity will benefit by just over £3,000. :dancy:

                      There will be some more money coming in during the summer from the sale of more plants and the veggies and fruit. :dbgrtmb:

                            the sum you have raised so far in aid of MENCAP reflects the sincerity of your dedication to a great cause. I will not let other issues deflect me from appreciating all that YOU did to make the event so worthwhile. For friends,neighbours and GC members and MENCAP.
                            We all have certain doubts and problems about ourselves from time to time but knowing that someone cares is, well, sooo precious.
                            Somehow, I don't really understand how, I think I may have helped Moyra to get to Shineyland and I feel very good about it.

                              I'm sure that you and our other good members helped Moyra with your support and Moyra was able to make the great effort that she did because of it.

                              Although we were very busy and I was being called upon around the garden I seemed to suddenly have a feeling that I must go out to the road. For some reason, when Moyra came driving along just then, I knew it was her. I think she had been willing herself to do the drive and it came across in the atmosphere.
