My dear readers of this thread - well, those that didn't make it this year, it was pure magic from start to finish. The Shineyland bubble turned up as the dawn broke and all the plants, paths and the patio had had a jolly good Mother Nature final rinse.
Loli,Mum, Zigs and Willow and I were staying at a nearby Pubhotel and this luvvly Armandii chap most generously offered to be our chauffer . Now his jalopy was happy to accommodate 3 passengers - even 4 at a pinch, with 3 across the back seat ( a bit friend cosy if you get my drift) but
WHAT TO DO WITH THE 5th PASSENGER?
Would you believe that Mum happily jumped up in to the boot when asked .....
and gave the loudest WOOOOOF when Armandii opened up to let her out.
And this was how the time in Shineyland went - a lot of good will, kindness and so many,many hugs.....
