Glad you all had a great time, can't believe a year has passed since I was there last year.

Thanks so much for the video @Zigs . Strange ol' coot that I am, I've got tears in my eyes having watched it. A beautiful garden, and to think of some of my "virtual" friends there, and also that my big Bro and his family may be going round this afternoon (he'll be the 6'4" guy who looks like he hasn't got a clue about plants....)

Pull yourself together woman, and go and plant some petunias or something!!

 

From all of us who were there, a big thanks to Shiney and Han for making us so welcome. The weather was ok, the food was great and so was the company, nice to put more faces to names.

I should add on behalf of all of us, a special thanks to all the helpers that supported the event, they were brilliant .

Thank you, Michael and Hannah, for all the hard work and time you commit to such a deserving cause (and for allowing GC members to have a special place within that to meet, greet, be merry ... and plant swap/bargains).
There were faces absent, who were very much missed, but hope their faces will grace next years event and photo's.
I have had a funtastic time greeting old friends, making new friends, seeing new GC members experience their first Shiney vist and just all over great, wonderful, warm-hearted fun!
Not to mention the bargain plants I couldn't resist (guess who's got a lot of planting to do ) ... oh and the Ferrero Rocher hidden in the table decorations ( ) ... oh yes, and the A.Mazing Chocolate, Cherry & Coconut cake
And the head massage .... and neck cure .... and the hand made jewellery ... and bespoke bird box
and .... and .... and ... and ... well, if I've forgotten anything, I can only apologise
