I thought you'd lost a lot of weight last time I saw you, didn't like to ask in case you said you'd been living off vouchers :phew:

I didn't have diabetes but from what I observed to my cousin who got type 2 diabetes. She looked weak when she tried to fast. We are still wondering until now how she got it. She is the only one who got diabetes in the family.

Because I'm 60 i could have a free health check,a blood test for cholesterol and for diabetes, because my brother has type 2. My blood sugar was up and my cholesterol a little. For the sugar levels told me to cut down on bread, potatoes and pasta. For the cholesterol do more exercise. I've got 2 dogs that i walk 4 times a day each. So how can i do more. I don't eat a lot of bread, potatoes, pasta i don't eat.Not over weight.

Good morning @Logan my friend you day you don't eat a lot of the above,if you are really serious you shouldn't eat any,I consume about 80/100 Carbohydrates per day no sugar at all,my low carb high fat way of life (which I am used to now) was hard to start with,I eat lots of fish .Lidl's high protein rolls, lots of butter, plenty of meat, bacon, any cheese,12 eggs a week, easy on the fruit as the fructose(Natural Sugar) and all above ground growing vegetables with every meal and I walk miles every day with my friend Penny(Jack Russel) she has very short legs now;) there is no cure for Diabetes but we can control it and live happily ever after,I no long take any medication at all, just diet and exercise, hope this helps in some way:smile:

This is what works for Woo

By the way The NHS do not recognise this way ,they still insist that diabetics eat all the junk which caused Diabetes in the first place in moderation, and are not helping anyone at all:dunno:

Here are my results from when I was diagnosed in October 2016

@wiseowl thanks. It's not very bad. But I've cut down a lot.
