Its almost exactly a year since I quit. Apart from the downside of being able to smell absolutely everything (I complain about smells that my never-been-a-smoker relatives can't smell), its ace. I'm actually getting younger with each passing day

Well done Al, and good luck to everyone else on this tough but rewarding journey. All you need to do now is work out how you're going to use up all the extra energy you'll have. I used some of mine to act like a teenager again, dance like a loony, and even climb trees.

I gave up for 3 yr a few yr back but one drunken birthday and i started again
I did it cold turkey that time so im hoping having a e cig this time will be easier,i dont want to have bored hands and head for the fridge again..i went up to 12& half stone
