Summerhouse nearly there....

      They do go a bit over the top with their 'Elf and Safety' nowadays, though.

      I ran power to my greenhouse in 1976. It's armoured cable, comes out of my loft and on a catenary cable to a post on the greenhouse. From there it goes into a control board with a power box (with large on/off lever) and four insulated sockets with waterproof screw on covers.

      I was told a couple of years ago that it's now illegal as we're not allowed to have overhead cables!!! His opinion was that it was safer than most installations nowadays but if I needed anything done to it he couldn't, officially, work on it.

      The finished bits now. Our 2 year old played in this most of the day, with peppy pig on the stereo!
