    Sunday roasts I just cannot do.. I'm not a fan of British food (some is ok), but in the main I'm a continentalist when it comes to food!

    Just made that Saturday, Jenny. Used a caste iron skillet instead, had fried a rib eye in it, used the juices and fat . yummy.
