Surrey Police & escaped calf - DISTRESSING!!

There are at least three within a couple of miles of where that was taking place - and MediVet handle all the on call stuff for this part of Surrey and South West London. Given that about five miles up the road is Windsor Castle and not far away from that is associated stabling, I don't believe for one moment that there is not a suitable vet nearby.

Edited to add - behaviour like this from the police, including the assaults/rapes and other misconduct that are plaguing them, the state of our roads, NHS and schools, the "two fingers up" responses from local councils on many issues (litter, grass cutting etc) and their dictatorial behaviours with things such as ULEZ/CAZ, parking restrictions, LTN's etc etc is exactly why voting intention in the polls for Reform are seemingly increasing exponentially every couple of days. They've got my vote as the current crop of red/yellow/blue/green need booting down the road.

 

I have seen other footage (sadly, I can't download it as it is in a private group and try as I might I can't get it) - the calf wasn't going for anyone. It was, bewildered - probably by all of the vehicle lights that were going on, including the police blues. Poor thing was probably scared witless.

Hell, they didn't even stop the traffic, as the other video shows buses passing by the end of the road!

The PCC best not come back with a poor response, because I am not going to let this one lie.

 

You are entitled to your opinion, however I can see no evidence of 'fascism' or indeed am yet to see an explanation of exactly what is "far right" about their manifesto.

The blunt truth is that the others have had a go at things for decades and have, between them, made a royal mess.

If anything is 'unthinking' it's the idea of not questioning police actions. Or maybe just let them get on with it to run over more animals.

 

It is a word that gets lobbed about now, along with racist, bigot, far-right etc that is used in the belief that it will close down any debate whilst at the same time not actually having any evidence to back up the accusation. Time was, people would recoil in horror at the thought of being labelled racist etc, however it has been chucked around like confetti and now most folks couldn't give a toss.
