Sweet Potatoe

    LoL, did you ever try sweet potato chips like you said you would? I mean the french fry type chip not the American chip (crisp) which I have tried and they go very well with martiini cocktail. But I would like to know how they taste in thicker form.

    Tres yummy!!! I toss the chips in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper then stick them in the oven till they crisp up a bit. Really tasty and a nice change from normal chips.

    Thanks Mrs. Bobs. I only had to wait 2 months for a reply. But the great thing about GC is you DO get a reply. Just don't be impatient. I will try it. I take it we mean a hot oven,
