    That seems like some good rules :dbgrtmb:

    But this is a rather ambiguous rule. Even the meaning of the term (8 Oktas in this case) only refers to the amount of cloud cover (100%) and has nothing to do with visibility!

    IFR (Instrument Flight Regulations) is to do with visibility but doesn't really seem relevant to flying drones. VFR would be closer to the requirements.
