    It looks wonderful @PzaMayor3 !
Have you got a brugmansia? I couldn't see one in your pictures. @Victoria has magnificent ones, and they give a tree like structural element - I'm sure they should grow well for you too

      I
What a beautiful patio garden, the plants and the colours. Do you get much shade?

I keep a log of my garden in An Algarve Garden 2024

I suffer the same heat and lack of rain. but have managed to create my own jungle here in Central Algarve over the past 28 years.

Perhaps you would like to do the same with your lovely patio.

      Enjoy the forum.

The daffodil bloomed late, it is in the north wall, a lot of shadow. It is sharing pot with regal pelagorniums, here they bloom in april, may... But the zonale pellagorniums, in this climate, bloom profusely all year round, even in December and January.

Thank you for writing @ViewAhead!!!

Thank you so much @noisette47!!! Your words are so nice!

She loves scented plants, but in pots they are small and there is not much scent, only when we are around. The honeysuckles are bigger and we can enjoy them more. Tell me if you want some cuttings :dbgrtmb:!!! We don't have space for more scented climbers :cry3:, but thanks for your offer!!

            Thank you @CarolineL!!! :dancy:

I don't have a brugmansia. Thanks for your suggestion!! That plant would be very comfortable in my terrace. Sometimes I think about putting a small tree to provide structure, but I always end up thinking that the surrounding trees give the necessary visual structure to the terrace. Do you think I'm right? Please, tell me what do you think!!

Thanks so much @Victoria!!! Muito obrigado!!

I have a lot of shade in autumn and winter but the rayling receives sun all year round, and the south wall gets some sun in those cold months. I'll take a look at your garden, I'm sure it will be an inspiration!!!

This looks so beautiful @PzaMayor3! And is even more impressive when you realise that it has been done using containers only.

It's beautiful! Pelargoniums in flower all year round is quite something. Here we either treat them as bedding plants for the summer, or they have to be brought inside for the winter (people with heated greenhouses or conservatories, or plenty of bright windowsill space, can do that).

Thanks so much @CotasK!!! Big containers are indispensable when gardening without land!
