    Yes

    No, fraid not :(

Import thing: make sure the base is square, otherwise you won't find out that it isn't until you try to put the glass in! Measure the diagonals (both need to be identical)

    Other thoughts:

Slide fall towards whichever end you want the water butt.

    Door opposite the prevailing wind

Dig the border soil before you build the greenhouse. Its hot work to dig it afterwards.

There are a few other tips on my blog http://kgarden.wordpress.com/tips/greenhsoue-glass-house-or-tunnel/

      My greenhouse has arrived!

As it's going onto an existing slabbed base, replacing a near identically sized greenhouse, already orientated to suit wind/sun/paths/etc., everything should be relatively simple base wise, but I suspect the existing slabs will have sunk/lifted a bit in places, which is why I bought several bags of sand reduced to 50p each because they had algae growing inside the bags.

I hope this is more fun than installing a Magnet flat pack kitchen.

I haven't dared open the box yet. I'm waiting until I've got some cold beers ready in case I need them.

I think I'd be drinking one of those beers before I open the box Scrungee. :heehee:

I have exactly the same greenhouse but an 8 x 6 so if you get stuck with the building give me a shout. Good luck! :)

I've looked in the box and it's more scary than a 4,000 piece jigsaw puzzle: greenhouse1.jpg greenhouse2.jpg

Once you get started Scrungee, you'll be fine. I've got a large carport and as I unpacked mine I laid it all out in it's various parts. I even counted every screw, bolt and so on. Took forever, but it was worth it.

The most difficult part I found was getting the rubber sealers in place.

Just take your time and work per instructions, otherwise you'll lose track of it all. :)

Following this thread with interest since thats the one I was looking at buying for next year, so considering ordering it now while its cheap & letting it sit in the box until I get around to putting it up at the end of the year.

I was thinking of tackling a panel at a time (if that how it's done?) in my garage on rainy days. Roughly how many days does it take to construct, erect and glaze these greenhouses?

Only 7 days left if you're intending doubling up any vouchers.

I'm mildly ashamed to say that I don't have a Tesco club card - I shop there possibly twice a year when I need a load of heavy stuff & prefer to pay cash & keep my head under their radar, safe in my tin foil hat..

Although ... if you wear your tinfoil hat every time you shop their face-recognition-camera, linked to the barcode-scanner, will get you every time :snork:
