Oh dear, well at least I've left one massive chilli per plant to mature!
Hopefully I haven't left it too late for them to mature...
    It's getting a bit cold! :(

It doesn't matter as they should mature. Are the plants under cover? They should continue ripening if sheltered from the frost or very cold weather. Plenty of sunshine will help them mature quicker. So, if in a greenhouse, they'll be happy. Otherwise, if they forecast very cold or frost a nice bright window indoors will do.

Once they start to ripen they can usually continue to ripen off the plant.

As long as they don't get too cold they should continue to produce well into November.

My greenhouse could never be classed as airtight, the door may as well be open all the time, it's not the best. We shall see!

Our greenhouse is definitely not airtight.

The door can't close properly, the vertical glass panels have almost all slid down on the base and left between a 1" and 3" gap at the top. although it's not doing too bad for being almost 40 years old :old: :)

I have large hands and this is one of my Draky Chillies which I haven't been feeding for size as I've been growing them for seed saving this year (so as in poytunnel, didn't want them hanging around growing for ages before ripening).

That should ripen with no trouble. I'm guessing that it's either indoors or in a greenhouse. Once they get to that size they will ripen even off the plant but they may shrivel a bit before ripening unless you keep them on the plant.

I popped into the Asian wholesalers yesterday and they gave me £15 (for our charity) for the Nagas they have sold already. They were just picked Nagas to test out the market. So I took in a plant that has already got over a dozen ripe ones on it and said that all I want is £5 (this gives them an opportunity to make a bit of profit). I'll take one per week into them. :blue thumb:

Yes it's in a polly tunnel. I've got tonnes of them also got choc Devils tounge and yellow 7 pot. I'm going to make some super hot chilli sauce with them
