Thats a strange design greenhouse at the Denver Bot Garden strongy, if I remember right.
Think it was made of concrete.

yes, and yes some of the interior was concrete.
although it was hot in there it was hotter outside.
so we went in the 'hot house' to cool down.:D

Lovely pic Capney I love that trompe on the windows. And the flying fauna in Shiney's forests :D

I was fooling around with the camera while my TomBoy grazed yesterday and was surprized to find this "illumination" shot afterwards, lol:

Just love your animals in the windows pic, capney :thumb:

Nice robin shot, shiney. I wish I could get one of our more-or-less resident robin.

This was taken somewhere in Spanish Baskenland. Not a particulaly sharp and good pic, but I loved the way the shadows were cast from the ragged rock formations.

    Lovely robin pic shiney :)

Great shots Ivory and Kedi , I think the use of light and shadows in pictures prompts the viewer to look for longer and to ask more questions. :thmb:

Just spent a pleasant half hour or so looking at all these super photos from the beginning, such a lovely selection, and to spice it all up, some very witty comments, I am enjoying this webiste, I took some photos to-day of a local beauty spot near where I live called Chewton Bunny, it's an old smugglers trail whee they brought their contraband up from the beach to the local pub, The Cat & Fiddle, then to Christchurch, I don't think they'll come up to the standard or interest as some of the ones on here though. Keep them coming.

A lot of us put pics up of our walks although usually in the Members Gallery, this one is mainly for on the spot or one off pics captured in a moment. I'm sure yours would be as good as any here.:)

Love your pic, strongy .... very 'spooky' almost ... love shots like that. :thumb:

Sis .... had to laugh ... going into the airport this morning with Martin and Vasco, Martin said 'when did they put these up?' and t'other half said ... 'several years ago' ... bearing in mind this is Martin's THIRD trip here this year alone ..... :D
