The garden's green, but.......

We've seen very little sun here over the last three years, mostly rain and wind apart from a few decent weeks in spring....... with the exception of this year of course. But it's the first time I've seen my plants held back like this. In fact at the moment I can see them being pulled up later in the year without having bloomed at all.
