    Thanks @Logan as soon as people found out we'd lost Bruno, all that came from their mouths was are you having another one :dunno:...it's madness.

    It's like saying if my other half went tomorrow who I really :love30: i'll cart another in the next day :mad:

      @Gail_68 how can they say something like that. I bet they didn't have pets, or they thought that they weren't important to them. Some people are like that.

        Well a lot of them do funny enough @Logan and one chap said I only saw him out yesterday on your front garden...I could have said yes but you don't hear him wimper with the pain plus infection set in...that stage 3 kidney disease is horrible to see and what they go through..did any of your dogs have it if you don't mind me asking :)

          Oh i see. Yes it's very upsetting to see your dog like that. No i don't mind you asking. :)Willow had kidney failure, I think he could have been in pain,it was hard to tell.The vet said that he was a very strong dog and he didn't show it.He started to lose weight but he was still eating. We didn't notice,other people did,so we gave extra food.Then he stopped eating,so we took him to the vet and he did a blood test. At that stage it was hard to get him on a different food to help, so we had to have him put to sleep.
          How old was he?
          Willow was 13.

                Yes thanks Gail, he was 16 when he went and couldn't stand up, had something wrong with his spine.:sad:

                  Oscar the cat (post No. 5) had kidney failure and not a pleasant way to go. :sad: We recently found out that he was over 20 years old :rolleyespink:. We didn't know his age as he adopted us, but a neighbour has found an old photo of him dated 1991. I still see him occasionally out of the corner of my eye. :cat-kittyandsmiley:
