I feel so sad for all who posted on this thread. It's devastating when a pet passes on. Not everyone understands ... I do.

When my Blodyn died suddenly 3 years ago, someone showed me this ...

The Feline Spirit

Here is Blodyn (that is the Welsh word for a flower)



She was 6 yrs old and died from a clot of blood that blocked the arteries to her legs.
I can not look at her grave. I end up in tears every time I try to do it.
I am in tears now too lol ! I'll have to leave for a bit ...

 

My two boys left me this January 2016. Phantom in the front a sudden heart attack and his forever buddy two weeks later. Panther in the back. They both would always be together in the gardens, napping etc. following each other. The sweetest thing to watch, seeing them look behind for each other. Miss them so much still.

 

That was devastating @redstar to loose the two in such a short time. They look like real pals and I know they were your pals too

 

yes, they were my buds. still find it hard not to imagine them out lying on the deck this summer as they did for 13 years.

 

We had to take our Millie on a one way trip to the Vets this morning as she had gone down hill this weekend with spreading Cancer and other problems but she had a contented 13 years with us coming to us as a rescue cat at about 3 years old. I often seemed to post on here with her sitting on my lap.
