BM - don't think you'll get any answer from Waco tonight...... I've read the confession! Think LoL's mention of stairs might be relevant again!

(Only teasing, Waco, honest!! :D )

Well, that's a matter of personal opinion but you are a great encouragement and please keep it up, in the nicest possible way! :D

I hope that 'cough' cold is easing up now! [IMG] [IMG]

About what? BM is one of my mentors in weight loss so I want him to "keep it up" and my poor friend has a dreadful cold at the moment!

PS Must say (and I haven't said it to "him") but I'm not fond of his three jumpy-uppy whatever they are thingies! And, for what's it's worth, the LOL you didn't like which I removed, was especially designed for me by BM .. bless him .. [IMG]

They're bananas, LoL! Look like yellow heads with Mohicans, though! :D

I can believe your flashy LoL thing was a BM invention! Didn't love that, it's true.... but all the proper smileysare so cute - like the sneezing one, and the various dieting ones - which bring us neatly back on thread....... :D

You are definitely an excellent model for us, BM - are we going to have before and after photos? Maybe as ghostly as the photo comp one? Or as indirect as the car reflection one?

Well I am back and sober!

Bunny (guy who died aged 70 ) was very special and unusual, he had a HUGE beard, and one year shaved half of it off for charity - there he would sit at the end of the bar (great drinking man of course) one side of his face clean shaven and the other with beard down to his belly.

Apparently he was so upset at having to miss his own funeral wake that he had one with all his mates before he died, so it was the second one that I went to!

Thanks for offer of help BM, they leave on Friday, so I will get a picture at the weekend, but last time I saw it, it was about a foot high and in their unheated kitchen. I asked him what kind it was, but he did not know.

Well I am off to look at jungle seeds for some bana seeds, Mr Waco has given me the go ahead to jungalise the apron infront of the new lean too so off I go to utilise his visa!
