Hi every one, I went swimming four times last week I was really really good stayed below my points range all week and lost ONE whole pound was a bit disapointed but never mind I've been swimming yesterday and today early mornings and like the rest of you been out there doing a bit to my own garden before I get into full swing for everybody else. I know what you mean Walnut but one day I just woke up and GASP  I was fat (It was a photo that told me really) didn't feel that fat until I saw that [IMG]

I think we'd all agree that prevention is better than cure - there really isn't any arguing with that!

And I believe you're absolutely right - it's about how happy you are with yourself.

BUT - this is the time of year when the cure is what is needed - and doing this in company, wth support, makes it a bit easier. That's why firms like Weight Watchers can coin it in!

Oh, and BTW - the idea of Bananaman and DAG looking gorgeous is something that they may wish to comment on themselves.......

Jazzercise sounds fun - have you already been, Scotkat? You mentioned you'd noticed there was a class, and were asking about it, as I remember?

If you really look like that, BM, better avoid wailing country records......

Congratulations on the staying power to have shed that much - that's quite something! [IMG]

Even more great smilies - love them
