I didn't know that ... But I'll have to face the mud in the fields on Monday and go to the market and buy some jeans, I'm afraid, as this is a bit ridiculous.

I'll send you my measurements on Monday after the weigh-in.

Just saw GWs picture of the lovely yummy looking crusty bread, WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME! I'm afraid good bread is my downfall :D

 

Just don't put good butter on it and you'll be ok, Dalbuie! :D

 

Dendro, we ONLY use butter now, me salted, t'other half not (yuk, wax). I got fed up with the **** stuff and I rarely use it anyway so, use the real stuff and best when need be!

 

French bread,loads of Anchor butter,edam cheese..............orgasmic........

One day big butts will be in fashion............

It's not just big butts that we're bothered about, it's all the other bulgy bits....

So do you enjoy the anchor butter, and all the rest of it, Roders? Must admit I do, but only in moderation (says she carefully....)

 

After salivating over the pic GW put up, Mr M went and brought home a BLOOMER. Course, to spread it with the butter from the fridge is the only decent thing to be done :D

 

I hope you lot are ready for the weigh-on on Monday but all this fresh bread and butter-eating going on? :D

Excuse me while I go have a fresh-baked soft roll spread with Azorean butter ....

 

Oh, bother the weigh-in - there's fresh bread and butter to think of!! :D

But seriously....... what's wrong with having some? So long as we don't have tons of it!!

 

I think we've now become obsessed with it!

I had lost another pound mid week but it's come back again ... must be the bread and butter ...

 

Everything in moderation. Will power is not enough to keep you thin! Just don't be greedy, eat slowly and know when you are full. 20 minutes between courses too to let yourself know your full.

This weekend I am having Coronation chicken on crusty white with salad, coleslaw and tortilla chips.

Today, chicken pie with filo topping, mashed potato and peas.

Yummy!

Just enjoy your food, don't become obsessed with what you can or can't have. Trust me adjustment is better the deprival
