Morning, DAG, looks like you're the first here. Well done on getting back to your original weight.

I am 10st 7lbs today so that's one down for a total loss of 10lbs. Only four more to go to hit target!

I also have one more inch off my hips so have achieved my target there.

I'm quite pleased with myself! [IMG]

All good news so far - but what about Dendy?

Well - made it to 9st 7lbs - the top of the target range! :D Thought I wasn't going to do it, having been sabotaged by a lovely box of chocolates for Valentine's day.....

So, just another 4 lbs to get to the bottom of the range!

only one chinese DAG - I do hope you are not sickening for something or taking this dieting too seriously! WELL DONE THAT MAN!

I weighed in at 10 stone this morning, so lost 3 lb this week, but sadly again only managed one night without my G&T. Anyway if DAG can cut down his chinese, I must make a more concerted effort to give up the G&T - who knows I may even break the 10stone barrier!

DAG - how are you doing with the Chinese meal withdrawal symptoms? I presume that's why you had to have one this week - you can't go cold turkey on it....... :D

You're doing well, Waco! If you manage to stop the G+Ts as well, there'll be no stopping you!

Don't worry Marge - you'll be able to start properly once you've got your leg sorted. As BM said a while back - you need to make that a priority first, then you can sort out the weight thing at your leisure!

How is the leg getting on? Surely there must be some improvement by now?

That we are, my Scottish thistle. Tomorrow is Shrove Tuesday, a Public Holiday here_ ... Pancake Day ... so you can eat your hearts out and then start your fasts (that faSts) the following day.

Just re-read dendro, besides my evening snacks of salty things, my red wine was another anyway.

The problem has been visitors and when we've gone out on these luncheons, red wine seems to appear with the meal.

Seriously, we do not drink alcohol in the daytime on our own and I don't drink much of it since my "re-invent myself" thingy for 2007. A G&T or V&T is very nice occasionally, me thinks! [IMG]

No trouble with the alcohol at all as it don't agree with me anyway, so can't have it! :D

Do have one weekness, and I have already given in and gone to the chinese yesterday... [IMG] so have used up my quota for this week [IMG] [IMG] and will have to try and go past the chinese on Thursday and Friday!!!! [IMG] [IMG]

Once my new kitchen is fully functional (very soon) I won't have this excuse any more and will have to cook my own... :D
