Well, after a week of hurtling down a ski slope, scoffing ludicrous amounts of food, drinking no where nearly enough Gluhwein (cough!! [IMG] ), I have stayed the same (phew!!!!!!)
But, as we were all 4 of us crammed into one hotel room, I had to endure the boys poking my wobbly tum a EVERY opportunity  , so I have vowed that by the time we go away again, there will be NO WOBBLY TUM for them to wobble!!!!.....

Hope everyone is well, and please catch me up on all the goss.....

I agree with Honey bee: children are a good way to gain some weight, but also to make you loose it ...
They are just a blessing, it's all i can say !

I'm back on the diet now it has warmed up a bit. I've given up cake for lent which should help and I've swapped my hot choccie drink for a diet version. Did you know that a cup of cadbury's instant hot chocolate has 170 calories! I do now  Unfortunately I don't like coffee at all and can no longer drink tea so if I want a hot drink it has to be choccie :( Keep up the good work everybody.

Hi, Ceclia, you seem to have disappeared lately.

Can you not have something like a Bovril or other savoury as a hot drink, that's what we like. Horrors of horrors, t'other half likes his Bovvie with chocolate .... puke!

you used to be able to get boots "shapers" chocolate at around 40 calories - that if I remember rightly from my anorexic days long long ago! celia if you are a chocaholic like me, you either give it up TOTALY or go for something like your daily fix on 40 calorie substitutes.

well done dendy - you are what you want to be, so staying stil is a great achievement.

Ah, there you are / were, DAG! Morning, Poppet!

I am also no change, now stuck at this 10st 6lbs, but that's better than my original 11st 3lbs! I'm fractionally better if I do it in kilos! :D

I did not help myself by helping myself to wine gums, jelly beans and Pontefract cakes from the English shop this week ... after two months of abstinance, I broke down! [IMG]

However, I now have a new week ahead of me!

Well done all! Particularly Celia! :D

I'm another "no-change" - not surprising with being a bit out of action in te last week. Let's hope getting more swimming in this week, and beginning to train for the run will help give it all a boost....

I might even get some gardening done, if the weather picks up a bit! :D
