I once conducted our band at Scarborough Spa - afterwards there were more comment about my V.P.L than the music, so yes in tight evening dress I do wear them - xxxxx which reminds me, must try red frock on as I am a stone lighter than last time I wore it!

I still have size 4 & 6 cloths in my wardrobe and remember with horror the days when they fit me! I was once given a cup of coffe at work when I was really thirsty, but could not drink it because it had milk in which would mean me consuming 20 calories!

Sounds good about the red dress, Waco! :D

Size 4 and 6? I thought I was bad when I once wore size 8 jeans......... [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] Looking back on it, I must have been anorexic, but fortunately I loved food, and got back to a normalish 10-12 range. That was when I was about 17 years old. I've never been that low since, fortunately, although after having twins, and rushing around (generally in two opposing directions  ) to round them up and shove them back in their buggy, then hare after the jack russell and attach her lead to the buggy, and walk several miles back to the house.... I was about 8.5 stones then! Ah, those were the days..... I found an old video film of e doing just that, and it did make me wonder why I was doing it, since there was obvioulsy someone around who could have given me a hand! (Mr. D, as you'd expect, operating the camera!)

Looks like I'm first today and I have to report no change! [IMG] But that's better than putting it back on.

I shall have to make more effort this coming week. I've only got three pounds to go to my target so surely I can achieve that!

    :D :D :D ... size 4 and 6 ....

Down 3 pounds this week, so lost 1 stone 2 pounds so far. Funny the more I loose the bigger I feel, I think its because ist beginning to dawn on me how much weight I actually put on.

I didn't know BM had lost so much!

I've been following the Whale Watchers plan ;) since 02/01/07 and I've lost 23 1/2lbs so far. I have sooooo much weight to lose, it's scary, and I can cope only by breaking down my task into bite sized chunks (pardon the pun).

Hi, lynne, nice to meet you after so long! Welcome back to GC.

Whale Watchers Plan .. can you send me details, please as I'm at a standstill.

Only need to go another three pounds to reach target but I'm stuck although I'm smaller than I was 25 years ago.

I'm like you, LoL - no change - yet again.....

I keep trying to tell myself I'm turning it all into muscle - but I'm not altogether convinced...

When the rain stops and I start on the running, on top of the gardening and swimming (still with the floats.....but did more than 20 lengths (of a 20metre pool!) today, and on Thursday) - surely al that must help!!! Only 3lbs to go - but it's taking ages!!

It's completely my own fault, dendro!

I've been lax with the step exercise and the exercise band .... I cannot put blame anywhere but on me but my head seems to be all over the place at the moment.

Took all the pics to the Gallery today ...

Well at least, as you said, you're not putting it on, and you're slimmer and lighter than 25 years ago - so don't knock it! Wonder how many calories you use carrying pics to the gallery [IMG] :D
