If that devil pic is anything to go by, I should think you are! ;)

BTW - I was injured by my goggles at the pool today - I expect I'll have a lovely shiner by tomorrow..... They never warned me about that as a hazard in learning to swim

Our local pool once ran a "fun with inflatables" evening, which I thought sounded VERY interesting!

Waco, I've been following the WW plan to the letter, weighing in every week and with the full support and guidance of my Leader, Cheryl.
It might sound incredible, but it just ain't fast enough for me!

Lynne - well done! If you're working with WW, you'll be doing ok. I have a lot of respect for their set-up - it works!

Waco - I can't think what you might mean.....

I was sitting in the cafe after my hour of swimming, watching the aquafit group, including MIL, doing their thing, including using woggles - or noodles - which I always used to think had something to do with cubs and the like, or pasta...... but this was causing great hilarity - and various of them were making escape bids! :D

For anyone who hasn't seen one of these woggles - have a look here...

Well done from me, too, Lynne.

Unfortunately I am stuck. I'm happy with the 11 I have lost but really want to achieve the last three! Seems easy enough, but ...

Think I will take the advice of a friend and just forget it for a while, eat sensibly and exercise and maybe that will jumpstart my system again.

The good thing is I haven't gone back to all the snacks!

    No, No, No!
Don't give up, just keep on doing what you're doing, make sure you're following whichever plan you're following to the letter and it WILL come off. Actually, you might want to try a different plan for a while - have you seen WW's site, they have an eSource plan: you can do that online! Handy if they haven't got a meeting near you!

    DISASTER!

put on all the weight I lost last week so up 3 pounds.

I am not surprised though as 3pounds was a lot for me to loose last week and this week I have had concert and late rehearsals grabbing what I can when I can, its not going to be much beter this week, I have to work today (my day off) and all week so hardly getting chance to keep up with GC, but hopefull that if there is any scandle someone will update me!

Lynne you are doing brilliantly, I must have a look at WW site. Well off to walk dogs now and teach a whole school the basics of singing this afternoon, which will I am sure burn more calories than a week of walking!

    oooooo - singing!
I'd love to learn to do it properly. I had a dream of having a bouncy castle and jacuzzi party for my 40th, where I sang a song for my assembled guests. Unfortunately I got made redundant so all my expensive plans were shelved :(
