Dendy you are doing the right thing with the exercise regime the problem is as you get rid of fat and replace it with muscle tissue the muscle weighs heavier than the fat so you don't feel you are winning, forget the scales you will know when things are right you will feel good in yourself all anyone needs to do is eat a sensible diet excercise well 3 or 4 times a week make it part of everyday living.

Yes, I know you're right Walnut! I don't think taking any more exercise would be a good idea - I already garden all day every day during the season, and that means until about 9 in the height of it!

It's getting through the winter that's the struggle..... that's why I've been doing so much "swimming", dog-walking and so on....

Good for you, Whiley! it's great when the old clothes fit! :D

    Good Luck for WW, Lynne!

I thnk a lot of my issue is that i have huge meals, so i suppose i'm usually bloated! I think thats how i managed to shimmy into those jeans.

I've been good compared to my usual eating habits!

The rats were in their room with the door closed so no crazy drunken fairies could nick them, although one girl who arrived whom i dont get on well with thought it would be appropiate to take Tiger into the garden without asking me.
Needless to say i threw a wobbley. :D

Doing well Lynne! They do say that losing it slowly is best - you're less likely to put it all back on again! :D

Good morning all who participate here.

I am stuck at 66,6 kilos so I fear the devil has a hold on me.

Although I am happy where I am, I feel like I need to achieve the goal I originally set.
