It's better than half a pound on - and it makes 28 and a half now! Sounds better like that, doesn't it? :D And after all, it was Easter, wasn't it!!

Fortunately I have lost the one pound I put on last week, plus a fraction more, so I'm back on track.

I must get back into the routine of regular exercise (step machine and aerobics) and perhaps I could get the final three pounds off.

Well done everyone, especially Lynne that is some amount to lose, keep it up! I gave up my diet 2 weeks ago so I was very surprised when I got on the scale on Sunday to find I had lost another 2lbs! I think it must be all the builders rubble I've been clearing away!

That could account for it, Celia! ;) And well done, LoL - it's so hard to get over some hurdles, isn't it?

No change! I had lost a half a pound but it had found me again by this morning! :(

I must make great efforts this week as I would like to achieve my target by the weekend.

Hmmm, I think my scales are a bit rubbish, I did buy quite cheap mechanical ones. I think I've lost a quarter of a stone, but the zeroing on the scales varies a lot and I seriously don't think I've lost that in a week. Hopefully I have been gradually losing weight but the zeroing error meant it didn't show!

I wish I had your dedication LoL, I'm afraid I fell off the wagon quite a few weeks back but we booked our summer hols and I need to get into my bikini without scaring anyone. I'm getting back on track, started running again and have signed up for a half marathon in September. [IMG]

Tobermory? And you're not running in a bikinii, are you? ;)

Well done everyone who's still going strong, or come back on board - I'm too busy to want to know about what weight I am - my clothes fit fine, and that'll do me until winter again!

Thought I would join in on this one.

Up until the week before Isabel was born (20/3/07) I was 13st 7lb, and am 5ft 11ins. Due to a chest infection shortly after she was born (and probably lack of sleep) I have now dropped down to 12st 7lbs, but hope to go down even further to between 11st 7lb and 12st. [IMG]

However, for me the biggest thing is I need to get fit. I used ot play rugby regularly but badly broke my leg in December 05 which has stopped any thoguts on that line and as I still have resticted use of my right ankle/foot have found it difficult to exercise.

My plan is to try and get back into my old hobbies of cycling and running, with view to doing a couple of Biathlons/triathlons.

I will keep you all posted.

    Tim

PS now that I've told you all I really am going have to do something bout it!!!

Welcome to the club, TimD. Yes, too true, now that you have confessed, you have to confess every Monday morning on the weigh-in!

I can't advise you what you should do in your circumstances but I need to get on my mountainbike before it gets too hot here. Difficult now because it's our rainy season and I only have dirt lanes. Well, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! :D

    There's great encouragement here.

PS Don't think I've said congrats on the birth of Isabel.
