The great GC weigh-in!

well i reached first goal of 12 stone, which to be honest is fine for my frame (even wore a bikini!!) so lost nigh on 5 stone. (yay me lol!)
want to lose at least another stone, maybe 2 but can take my time now.
they say maintaining is the hard bit, but to be honest i've found its easier than the losing bit!

dag not gaining any is an accomplishment in itself!

Well done, mgn. You must be very proud of yourself.

I have found it relatively easy maintaining my achieved weight but that's mainly because my eating habits changed drastically whilst I was losing the weight, however, I only had a stone to lose.

i want to get married before the year is out so want to lose at least another stone for that, its just getting in the right mode again.

lady of leasure, losing a stone when you only have a stone to lose can be harder than losing 5 stone! so big pat on the back to you!!! I didnt change my food as i ate healthy foods anyway, but i was addicted to fizzy pop, 880 cals a bottle and sometimes more than a bottle a day!! I ended up pre diabetic through it - dangerous stuff but oh so tasty
my other weakness is choccy which i never gave up at all, just tried to not to sucuumb too much.
tried being the operative word!

 

well done mgn, looking at you in your bikini i`d say you don`t need to lose anymore weight, you look great
