Atom Heart Mother, one of those albums that got overlooked, imo. I think that Waters hated it, and it never got played at concerts. Me, I play it all the time:blue thumb:

I only got to know this track ( courtesy of Ziggy ) when the site was down a few weeks ago and I was on the Dark Side of the Moon without GC.. I love this version of it more though. I find I'm singing it to myself often. Sooooo powerful and troubling but so clever.

totally agree, sinead oconnor is so right for the lead on this one. and to mix a country singer in shows that floyd's lyrics works with all singer types.

The Beatles were amazing, as a pop band, and culturally, they are underestimated. Don't start me off!

Favorite Floyd album, a Momentary Lapse of Reason. I like the WHOLE album, which doesn't happen very often. Favorite tune? That's difficult..... too many good ones!!!
Least favorite album, the Wall. It just got WAY over played. I could sit and watch the film again though. Saw It at a friends place and we were eating pizza, it made me forget to chew!!!

I would like to dedicate this to Nick(Folly mon) and about half a dozen other GC members crocked with back injuries, who are currently spaced out on strong pain killers!!

Probably my favourite tune there Jenny, but I didn't post it because it's quite long, maybe too long for most folks:blue thumb: BTW, get well soon FM:)
