    Congratulations must go especially to Axl and to all of you that actually managed to read through all that drivel. I, like John, died of boredom after I reached the sixth patently obvious inaccuracy :heehee:

    I didn't get as far as the bit about 'who knew the Europeans even had a Space Agency?' :loll:. Typical American insularity :nono:. The launch site at Kourou for the ESA is nearer to Kennedy Space Centre than Los Angeles is!

    I'm pretty certain that the U.S. news would have mentioned that there has even been the launching of the Soyuz rocket from there, not to mention all the Ariane launches and the sending up of the Galileo system (European equivalent of GPS) - I thought I said 'not to mention'!!! :heehee:

                You could have chosen someone with a better argument than David McGowan. You said yourself "one of the best comprehensive reports I have read" yet his facts are constantly ripped apart on ATS and GLP.                     after reading many threads, his comments sum up the situation very well and I agree with lots of his reasoning

                    as for the people on ATS and GLP ripping off his comments .... many are the same 'paid shills' who patrol the forums to convince the sheep in cases like these

                    another one on GLP is Astronut, but he sticks to other subjects that concern NASA ...

                    then we have Gaaie (sp) and Texas Gal (they are most prob fat bald sweaty chain smoking men and not the pretty girls depicted on their avatars) .... who patrol ATS and GLP defending every bad post about Israel

                    read their posts .... check the times they post .... some of those guys do not sleep .... they post 24hrs a day, 7 days a week (its several paid shills using the same account and working shifts) and check their style of writing/posting .... you will see patterns that don't match
