I used Forest Green Ducksback on my shed. Used Ducksback for years, it really is a top quality paint for sheds and fences.

I've just come in, feeling a bit dejected :( turned out that I've massively underestimated the amount of ballast required for the base. I'm now knackered and thoroughly peed off not being able to finish the job. Have had to make sure there's at least a border of about a foot, levelled that off and left a mess in the middle. When it's gone off I'll dig out the middle bit, level it and fill with bricks like a patio. It might work, it might look back.
Concreting is clearly not my thing!

The shed base. Still needs some sand brushed in but it's as good as I'm going to be making it!

Are you going to leave the shuttering around it? Sometimes, if you remove it, the concrete edges may be a bit rough depending on how the mix has set.

Nope, they came off yesterday. You can see a bit of hardcore and where the concrete mix has filled the voids so happy on that front. The slab will have some soil to cover the lower part so more or less obscured when everything is complete (sometime in 2030 lol)

OK here we go, piccies time. The shed went together remarkably easily, a few screws to hold the walls together and a few more to put the door on. I had to buy new timber for the rafters (3.6m, 2x2") and as I thought it too much effort to cut it, the length gave me a roughly 50cm porch (please don't mention the added effort of covering said porch).
What was left and usable of the old floor and roof had been stripped and nail removed and now I could put them to use as the new roof. Again, the flooring timber was long so I got a bonus wood store too :) Tappy tappy and a bit later I had the roof on which got covered in basic roofing felt with some trim from leftovers and whatnot.
It's been painted in 'forest oak' Ducksback. If I'd bothered reading beforehand I'd have used something else as two sides had been painted previously and the Ducksback from Cuprinol, although brilliant, does not like going over smooth surfaces! Doubt it will last long but that can be a 2022 problem.

                    Thank you :)
I picked up some racking so that's up now too and it's being personalised with things like the old lawnmower blade hanging on the wall.
Nice bolt hole for me anyway!

Looking at the last image, I think a little one is probably thinking exactly the same. More like, I see a den, playhouse and fun, fun, fun. A shed, nah.
