    I don't think it's a Skunk Cabbage, Loki:dunno::snorky:

    This is a Skunk Cabbage that I have growing in my pond

    It looks a little like Cuckoo Pint with unripe berries:scratch::dunno:..........if it is, then care should be taken as it can cause irritation to the mouth.:snorky:

        No, Gail:nonofinger::snorky: My pond is a Wildlife pond and very little gets manicured or tidied up which is the secret to having a natural looking pond.:dunno::heehee:

            You can borrow my Chest Waders, but you might get thrown out by the Frogs who seem to be the Bosses in the pond. Seriously though, a lot of ponds meant to try to attract wildlife are interfered with by owners who want them to look "nice". I had a professional landscaper visit me who accidentally found my pond and and called her partner. When we went down to see what she was calling for, she clutched her Mug of Coffee and said she could stay sitting there all day...........now that was a compliment. My point being is let Nature do the work and the pond will look good.:dunno::heehee:

                Perhaps we could see some more pics of the plant giving us a better idea of leaf form, height, etc.:coffee::snorky:

                      Oh, Gaawwwd, Gail, I know that!!:doh::heehee: I was just trying to point out that some very proud owners of ponds who want to attract Wildlife interfere too many times with the pond trying to keep their pond "manicured" instead of letting Nature take control, and then they wonder and fret because they haven't had the volume of visitors that they thought they should have "flocking" to the pond:wallbanging:.:doh::heehee:
