Things that have made you happy today' 2023

@Upsydaisy on Christmas day we have it early but back to normal today. Usually on a Sunday we have the pudding at 9 am, then do the walks and then dinner at 2.30. These days we feel that we can't eat as much as we used to,which is good.
Great that you both are enjoying yourselfs and seeing the family.

 

Yes I know what you mean, I never like the feeling you get from overeating. Compared to most people we know we hardly eat anything......so they say!

We never eat a pudding, occasionally we might have yoghurt in the summer as we have loads of fruit to get through.

Thank you yes we're having a fab time....middle son and fiancee are coming over this afternoon but first son no.1 and I are heading out for the morning.

Did you have your son over yesterday ?

 

No he visited us last week on Tuesday for 5 hours. He doesn't like to travel on buses up to Christmas, but we phone him every Sunday so not too bad.
Good that you are having a good time. We only have a pudding on a Sunday usually and no sparkling wine either.

Having all our sons with us this afternoon, albeit one was virtual via video link. It's well over 2 years since we managed to achieve this!!
Fabulous afternoon really heart warming ( and emotional ) to hear all their voices chatting away around us in the room.
