Thread List Preview Changes.

Well, as most people ( those that know me anyway ) know, I don't possess a computer, just a phone, and, I find this is just too much information being passed on for such a small screen.

Also, on a mobile, there is no-where on your preferences to disable it.

I do find at times that G C is becoming to get a little less mobile friendly.

 

Similar to some others, I've disabled it as it was playing bloody nora with my dyslexia! A nice idea in theory, but doesn't work well for me in practice.

Whoops - I didn't even notice any difference

 

I use a 13" laptop (high res screen), 8" tablet and 5" phone for browsing, and despite my very dodgy eyesight I don't have single problem with viewing the new format which I see as a big improvement, especially clickable image thumbnail previews, but also other content preview (from somebody old enough to remember how incredibly boring text only early internet 'bulletin boards' used to be).

But when I do click on one image, why does a 'slideshow' of images from all sorts of other threads appear? I would rather it be restricted to just images from that thread.

 

I'm happy with either way , I've kept the new way on my phone so I get used to it , as long as I can get on here somehow I'm happy .
