Just thought, I have 4 season pics of the same view. Thinking of printing them all out on good photo paper and lining them up in a long frame.

Looking out of our bedroom window today. I planted that rowan in the front garden 24 years ago, it's still going strong and putting on a good show this year. :)

Resurrecting this ... again! A lot of our photos have gone because of not upgrading Photobucket, but there are many good photos left.

Here was view from my bedroom window in 2008 ...

My thumbprint has ended up on the previous post :hate-shocked: but here it is now ...

L-R S nicolai, Tecomaria capensis, Viburnum tinus under a Jacaranda mimosafolia. The thin trunks are of Iochroma cyaneum ... my gardener came Saturday and cut back the Plumbago auriculata 'Royal Cape' underneath the Iochroma. To the left of the Tecomaria is a Tecoma stans and to the right of the Plumbago is a Myrtus tarantina. All but the Jacaranda are evergreen. We had our first rain last night in six months and everything loved it.

Hi Redstar, that is stunning . It doesn't matter how good a painter you were you couldn't make that up, you wouldn't get the perspective of the trunks right.

I think you should get onto a poster/postcard publisher straight away :)
