good luck Al I have been a non smoker for along while now
pop you pennies you save into a pot for a treat for you and the family and this should help encourage you,
when ever i wanted one and thought omg i just have to have one or i will go crazy i would just remind my self that
A) thats the nicotine talking and
B)you dont smoke when your asleep so you can go with out !
c) just think of it as will not have this cigarette rather than i will never again smoke

well, lunch time and not had one, the e cig is and seems to be doing the trick, thing is, i'm still going outside to vape??!!

i would have, on a normal day, about 6 fags or so by now, plus a couple in the morn before work ( used to be upto 30 a day!!) not felt like one either, so they do work for me upto now.

Oops, battery gone dead, so without the e lite now for about 4 hours or so!
In hindsight, should of bought another battery really! Never mind.

Mrs al said I smell nice now, not "Ming" like before. Charming!!!

All in all, a very good day, as I would have gone through a packet of twenty now, with the opening of another tonight!
Happy days so far, I tried to explain how the e-lite compares to the fags. My take is thus:-

It's like having a coffee where you are used to having the same for years then suddenly just having the hot water, milk and suger without the coffee! It's wet, it's warm, does the same but is different, like something's missing. Or having used to tea with 2 sugars, and then suddenly having no sugar.
