Tomato blight - what to do?

    yeah!
    say no to chemicals!
    no wonder so many people gets cancer
    the chemicals just not supposed to be around our food, especially if U grow it for yourself, all U cand is to hope for a dry summer next year,


    keep the infected leaves cut, if its bad then U might have to cut the last 2 trusses of fruits, well depends how many U work with on a plant, so the older trusses ripen faster!!!

    It aint that easy ...

    Sure, all the complex things that Man has concocted, hard to know what is damaging and how bad until it is let lose in the environment. Product A proven safe, Product B proven safe ... but what about a cocktail of Chemical A and B - impossible to test all combinations.

    But then what about pyrethrins? Plants produce those "natrually" to dissuade insects from eating them. So what sort of organic carrots shall we grow? Ones that produce masses of pyrethrins perhaps? No need for chemcial insecticides then ... :(

    Its an impossible battle in the current age. Hopefully our children, and children's children will have a better solution ...
