Tomato Glut: suggestions please

I give away my spares and 'buy' lots of friends that way! Especially as you've got a glut early in the season. It comes in handy when the whole street is keeping an eye on your property while you're away because they want to thank you for all the free garden produce (read: surplus I couldn't otherwise get rid of!)
