Tomato pot sizes

OK, I've found my Tomato pot.s They have got 11" / 10L stamped on the bottom. So I was exaggerating when I said 12" - 14" pot - sorry! and daitheplant the right

I need to go in a darkened room for a while...figures and more figures :( that don't figure

 

I use cheap plastic buckets,they do very well.

 

Sorry about that, too much chat, poor memory, and all that.

But, in conclusion, the upshot was 11" - 12" and around 10 Litres. (Bigger will be fine of course).

If you haven't got anything that big, and don't want a grow bag, consider cutting a grow bag in half and standing each half on its end - i.e. you get two containers, the right size, and compost included - which will be cheaper than buying 12" pots for sure!
